Lakshmi Puja Rituals on Diwali
There is a special law of Lakshmi Puja on Deepawali. On this day , Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati are worshiped and worshiped in the auspicious time in the evening and night. On the dark night of Kartik Amavasya, I myself come to the land in the form of Paramshakti Mahalakshmi and roam in every house. 1. On the day of Deepawali , before Lakshmi Pujan, clean the house and spray Ganga water for purification and purity of the environment in the entire house. Also, make a series of rangolis and diyas at the door of the house.
2. Place a chowki at the place of worship and lay a red cloth and place an idol of Lakshmi ji and Ganesh ji on it or put a picture of Lakshmi ji on the wall. Place an urn filled with water near the outpost.
3. Apply tilak on the idol of Mata Lakshmi and Ganesha and light a lamp and offer water, mauli, rice, fruits, jaggery, turmeric, abir-gulal etc. Praise Mahalakshmi.
4. Along with this, worship Goddess Saraswati, Mother Kali, and Kuber Dev with law.
5. Mahalakshmi Pujan should be done by the whole family together.

2. Worship ancestors on Deepawali and offer incense and bhog. At the time of Pradosh Kaal, hold a meteor in your hand and show the way to the ancestors. Here meteor means to show the way to the ancestors in the light of fire by lighting a lamp or by other means. By doing this , the soul of the ancestors attains peace and salvation.
